At our destination, recovery takes shape in harmony with nature. Here, warmth and coolness, tranquility and energy come together in experiences that invite presence and balance. A place where the pace slows down, breathing deepens, and the body can settle.

Our wellness offerings are open to everyone, whether you are staying at the hotel or not. Every week, we offer a recurring schedule of yoga classes and sauna sessions, as well as unique retreats at selected times throughout the year, led by experienced practitioners.

The experience can be deepened through private sessions and treatments. Yoga can be booked in the gym or as "in-room yoga," as well as guided herb walks, forest bathing, or rituals where sauna, breathing, and rest interact. The wellness offering can also be tailored through classes and treatments that combine yoga, breathwork, and reiki.

The Tornvillan sauna

Here at Tornvillan, the sauna is an integral part of your stay. As a guest at Hotel J, you always have access to the sauna between 8 a.m. and 10 p.m., included in your stay. Outside is our own jetty, where the bay invites you to take a refreshing dip all year round. After your swim, enjoy the outdoor shower, accompanied by sea air and the horizon.

External guests are also welcome to enjoy the experience by booking the sauna for SEK 250 per person.

Gym

The gym at Hotel J is a natural extension of the place. Here you can work out in a calm and well-designed environment, where wooden, leather, and metal equipment complement our sustainable and nature-oriented approach to health and well-being. As a guest, you always have access to the gym, included in your stay. Here you will find free weights, treadmills, rowing machines, and Pilates reformers for a balanced and complete workout experience.

For those who want a more personalized experience, you can book private sessions with our Pilates instructors or personal trainers. The reception desk will be happy to help you book your appointment.

Panoramabastun

Create memorable moments together through a unique experience in Panoramabastun, which can be booked privately for up to 15 people. Choose between a classic sauna bath in privacy, or deepen the experience with a guided sauna ceremony - where heat, the scent of fresh herbs and deep breaths - create a feeling that lingers long afterwards.

Bathhouse session

Be guided through a sauna ritual by one of our sauna masters, where the heat of the sauna, the scent of fresh herbs, and deep breaths awaken all your senses. A moment of presence and renewed energy.
