Terrace Restaurant

During the summer months, the Terrassen restaurant opens in a warm summer world, where lush forests meet the sparkling edge of the sea, and Tornvillan towers high above the bay with views of the water. It was in the 19th century that Stockholm's bourgeoisie began to build their summer villas here to escape the hustle and bustle of the city during their free time. Tornvillan still bears stories from a time when the outer archipelago was shaped into the summer paradise we know and love.

The story continues at Terrassen – our own tribute to summer, located right next to Tornvillan. A place where we interpret leisure, summer landscapes, and dreams in the sunshine. Here you will find Swedish flavors, herbs from the garden, and well-prepared food from both sea and land – all served in an environment that smells of summer.

Behind the menu is our head chef Henrik Wittgren, whose love of ingredients and feel for the seasons sets the tone for the gastronomic experience.
