Explore the cleansing elements of water with a refreshing dip in the sea from the cliffs or from our own jetty. Let the heat of the sauna take over, or book a private sauna ceremony in Panoramabastun, with sweeping views of the horizon and the open sea.
Hotel J offers a carefully curated selection of wellness experiences, from cold baths and sauna rituals to guided herbal walks, breathwork, and yoga. For those who wish, there is also the option to book private sessions at any time during the week.
“Our vision is to be the obvious destination for meaningful encounters. We want our guests to feel more connected to both nature and themselves, and to leave us feeling more relaxed than when they arrived,” says Hotel J CEO Alla Sokolova.
Nature and the changing seasons are our primary source of inspiration, influencing everything from design and décor to food and drink. Every detail bears traces of contemporary Scandinavian culture, thoughtfulness, and tranquil simplicity.
Hotel J has undergone a three-year renovation project, during which the hotel's 158 rooms have been refurbished in collaboration with Wingårdhs, under the direction of Helena Toresson. With a focus on reuse and sustainable design, natural colors and materials have been shaped into a harmonious whole where it is easy to let go of everyday life. In the summer of 2025, Terrassen was launched, and the new reception area with its accompanying lounge was completed.
You can reach J from central Stockholm by boat in about 25 minutes. By car, you can reach us in about 15 minutes from Slussen.
