Practitioners

The people behind the experience

Our classes, sauna rituals, and retreats are led by experienced practitioners who share a common philosophy: to create space for presence, recovery, and new energy. Here, knowledge and intuition meet at a calm pace, allowing you to ground yourself in your body and let every moment by the sea become part of your balance.

Sheila Arnell

Sheila Arnell works from the belief that the body itself shows the way. Her teaching is characterized by sensitivity and gentle curiosity, where listening inwardly is encouraged. She is trained in hatha yoga, vinyasa krama, jivamukti spiritual warrior, yin yoga, yoni-shakti yoga, and ashtanga, and has spent many years deepening her own practice in both yoga and meditation.

Today, Sheila teaches ashtanga, yin, and hatha yoga, as well as breathwork and meditation. Her path into yoga has been shaped by studies at several different universities, where she has approached the practice both theoretically and experientially. She is also one of the voices behind the meditation podcast About Yoga & Meditation.

Alongside her work as a teacher, Sheila has written the book De Inre Årstiderna – kropp, sinne och njutning (The Inner Seasons – Body, Mind, and Pleasure), which focuses on women's health. The book invites readers to gain a deeper understanding of the menstrual cycle and the body's rhythms, with the aim of strengthening women's relationship with their own bodies, their well-being, and their pleasure.

Nathalie Czarnecki

Nathalie discovered yoga over 15 years ago, but never imagined that it would shape her life so profoundly or lead her to become a teacher. Yet, then as now, it is yoga's ability to inspire, challenge, and reveal both her own self and the world around her that keeps her returning to the mat. Today, yoga is an integral part of her everyday life.

She trained at the East London School of Yoga on a scholarship and was encouraged by her teacher, Stewart Gilchrist, to share her practice through teaching. Today, she inspires yoga practitioners in Stockholm and internationally. Her vinyasa classes are dynamic, energizing, and playfully challenging, with a curious and conscious movement forward. Her yin and restorative classes are meditative and deeply relaxing.

She believes in a practice that both grounds and expands, where movement and mind interact with the wisdom of the inner voice. Her intention is for participants to leave class feeling powerful, light, and calm—strengthened yet gentle.
