Sauna Session

Forest bathing / Shinrin Yoku

Forest bathing is guided by Lisen Sundgren, a trained nature and forest therapy guide, herbalist, author, and meditation and breathwork teacher.

Eating wild plants

A flavorful hike in the nearby, yet wild nature. Here, we focus on the plants we often pass by without noticing—such as dandelions, chickweed, plantain, and pigweed.
