Meetings & Conferences

A natural place for meaningful encounters.

At Hotel J, you will find yourself in an environment where the power of the sea and the tranquility of the forest create space for focus, creativity, and new ideas. Here, the pace slows down, thoughts become clearer, and meetings take on a natural rhythm. Our meeting rooms are spread across three distinctive buildings: Tornvillan, Gardenhouse, and J-Huset. Together, they can accommodate everything from intimate conversations to larger conferences.

In addition to the main buildings, the Terrace and Pavilion offer unique settings for personal, meaningful meetings with stunning sea views. For those seeking complete seclusion, it is possible to book the entire Gardenhouse exclusively for a complete experience under one roof.

Throughout the day, carefully prepared meals and snacks are served, composed by our head chef Henrik Wittgren. Flavors that give energy, create meaningful breaks, and keep the conversation flowing around the table.

If you wish, the meeting can continue outside the conference room, with selected experiences such as yoga, breathwork, forest bathing, or plant walks—an inspiring setting for your meetings.
