We want you to always feel secure when booking your stay at Hotel J via our website. That's why we guarantee that you will always get our lowest prices on our website. If you find a lower price on another website, we will give you a 10% discount on the price.

Our terms and conditions

Your booking must be made via the Hotel J website. If you find a lower price for the same hotel, room category, number of people, arrival date, departure date, and with the same conditions within 12 hours of booking on another website, you must report this in writing no later than 72 hours before arrival to reservations@hotelj.com.

When you report it, please provide the following: the address of the website where the lower price is available, proof of the lower price, e.g., confirmation with booking number, and confirmation of the booking made on www.hotelj.com, as well as your contact information, and we will contact you within two business days. However, this guarantee does not apply to bookings that are not available to the general public. This excludes, for example, price offers on websites where you must be a member, corporate discounts, prices offered within group, charter, or bonus programs, prices obtained at auction or through any similar process, and prices that are only available through the use of a coupon or other promotional offer that is not generally available.
