The approach is dynamic and interactive, with a focus on listening, feeling, and communicating—with yourself and with others. A shared exploration that leads to meaningful insights and increased togetherness.

For companies, we offer courses for employees, workshops, and lectures during conference days, as well as individual sessions for leaders with elements of coaching in yoga and mindfulness. Participants gain practical tools for managing stress, strengthening resilience, increasing empathy and self-compassion, and finding new motivation, creativity, and joy in everyday life.

Yoga and meditation are well-documented methods for recovery and have been shown to have a clearly positive effect on stress, anxiety, and mental balance. A break that makes a difference.

Price: SEK 5 ,500 excl. VAT for up to 15 people, thereafter SEK 200 excl. VAT per person. Class duration: 60 minutes. Location: At the conference venue or outdoors, weather permitting.
