Physical training and lifestyle coaching are investments that strengthen both individuals and the workplace community. The program is tailored to the group's needs and can take the form of physical group training, lectures, or team building. The training sessions combine elements such as circuit training, cross training, core training, HIIT, office mobility, and breathing, with a focus on function, strength, and the joy of movement.

The lecture Strong from the Inside Out is based on four pillars: exercise, diet, awareness, and recovery. For groups that want to gather energy and strengthen cooperation, team building and kick-off activities are also offered, with playful and challenging exercises that build community and trust.

Practical information

Price: SEK 3,500 excl. VAT for up to 15 people, thereafter SEK 200 excl. VAT per person. Class duration: 60 minutes. Location: At the conference venue or outdoors, weather permitting.
