Reiki healing and chakra balancing is a deeply restorative experience that invites rest, clarity, and renewed energy. The treatment works with the body's energy system and aims to create balance on a physical, mental, and emotional level.

Through gentle hand placement on and just above the body, Reiki—the universal life energy that permeates all living things—is channeled. When the energy flow is allowed to move freely, blockages caused by stress, anxiety, or past experiences can be dissolved. Many people experience a sense of inner stillness, increased presence, and a deeper calm, while the body's natural healing processes are supported.

During the treatment, you lie down on a massage bench. It is common to end up in a state between wakefulness and sleep, a form of alert deep rest. Sensations such as warmth, cold, or a soft tingling in the body may occur—signs that energy is beginning to flow and balance is being restored.
