Let the herbs set the tone for the day. Discover which herbs are in season and how they can offer energy, inspiration, creativity, and a calm mind. We begin with a walk through the garden where we meet and get to know the herbs.
Meditation
We start the meditation with a mindful walk among the herbs, allowing them to influence our senses and noticing how their energy affects us. This is followed by a silent plant meditation.
