Breath of the Spirit: Rhythm, Stillness, and Awakening

A breath-centered and meditative journey to harmonize the body, mind, and nervous system. The techniques are drawn from pranayama – the yogic science of breath control – and supported by stillness practices to deepen presence.

Participants will:

  • Use breath to regulate, energize, and calm the system
  • Explore conscious breathing and focused stillness to expand awareness
  • Cultivate clarity, emotional balance, and embodied presence
