A breath-centered and meditative journey to harmonize the body, mind, and nervous system. The techniques are drawn from pranayama – the yogic science of breath control – and supported by stillness practices to deepen presence.
Participants will:
- Use breath to regulate, energize, and calm the system
- Explore conscious breathing and focused stillness to expand awareness
- Cultivate clarity, emotional balance, and embodied presence
